Vinyl Cushion Protection

Ensure the surface to be coated is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants

such as dust, dirt, grease, or wax. Thoroughly wash and dry the surface prior to application. Test on a small area or apply a test coat before application.

Instruction: Shake well before use. Apply a small amount of Vinyl & Cushion onto a clean, dry applicator block, or use a spray applicator for larger surface areas. Work the product onto the surface in a single direction, either horizontally or vertically, ensuring even coverage. Apply the Vinyl & Cushion thinly and evenly, using gentle pressure to avoid streaks or uneven application. If using a spray applicator, maintain a consistent distance from the surface to achieve uniform coverage. Optionally, wipe the coating with a lint-free microfiber towel to even out any excess product, although this step is not mandatory.

When cushion is applied, keep it dry for at least 4 hour.

Process and Curing: The product must be applied at an ambient temperature of at least + 5°C and

relative humidity of 30 % - 80 %. Avoid direct sunlight for optimum result.

Apply the coating in clean and dry conditions. Any mistakes can be rectified within approx. 5 min of application. Traces of water in the applicator should also be avoided. Applicators dampened with water should not be used. Vinyl & Cushion is dry-to-touch after about 2 hours. The Vinyl & Cushion is fully effective after 4 hour of curing at room temperature. During this time, the cushion surface should not be washed.
