Rhino Wood Deck Protection
Description
is a solvent-based, nanotechnology-driven coating designed for teak and marine wood surfaces, providing invisible, long-lasting protection against salt water, UV rays, moisture, and dirt. It acts as a durable, non-toxic, and silicone-free armor, reducing the need for heavy maintenance while enhancing wood longevity.
How To Use
Preparation and Application Steps:
•Surface Preparation: Clean the wood thoroughly using a cleaner/brightener to remove dirt, mold, and old coatings. For best results, use a pressure washer (holding it 6-8 inches away) or suitable wood stripper (like Aquanett or Prepdeck).
•Drying: Allow the wood to dry completely, which may take up to 48 hours.
•Application: Apply the RHINO coating to the clean, dry wood surface.
Curing: Allow sufficient time for the coating to fully cure to ensure maximum resistance to environmental
How It Works
-
Penetrating polymer technology soaks into wood fibers for long‑lasting internal protection
-
Hydrophobic barrier prevents water absorption, swelling, cracking, and warping
-
UV inhibitors block sun damage and slow down graying and fading
-
Anti‑mold and anti‑mildew agents protect against organic growth
-
Breathable seal allows moisture to escape while blocking new water intrusion
-
Color‑enhancing oils enrich natural wood tones without creating a glossy or artificial finish
This creates a stronger, longer‑lasting wood surface that stays cleaner, drier, and more vibrant.
